Responsibilities
(Long Term Contract)
The incumbent reports to the Assistant Reservation Service & Development Manager/ Manager. The role aims to maximize educational business opportunities at Ocean Park by supporting the upgrade of reservation services and the development of various enrollment systems.
He/She will perform the following responsibilities:
- Handle all reservations, inquiries, and the use of business application systems (TAS, CRM, Call Center) related to educational programmes within the department
- Maintain the programme reservation system and database, coordinate booking logistics, prepare documents, and address special programme requests with internal departments
- Ensure that service promises are upheld to high standards by providing training and evaluations to subordinates
- Manage statistical records for educational programmes, guest feedback, and any special projects assigned by managers
- Support call center operations, handling daily inbound inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in computer science, business administration, hospitality management, or related discipline
- With 3 years working experience in business administration, tourism or related sector
- Experience in managing / developing ticketing, booking or reservation systems
- Customer-oriented, with good problem solving and communication skills
- Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- High computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to work during weekends and public holidays
