Role Purpose:

Orchestrate a team of testers, performing both manual QA and automatic regression, to ensure the release from an Agile development team, being high quality and align with the defined system process and users flow. Understand the business requirement and clarify with related parties, and then divide the testing process to comprehensible process with concrete objectives and outcomes. Assignment of testing steps to individual and tracking the test execution with guidance for members to achieve high quality QA output.

​A typical day in this Role:

• Lead conversion of concept or requirement to clear testing steps to be performed by both system and individuals.
• Derive test plan to ensure efficient QA and effective test scenario being carried out in a coherent way.
• Articulation and expectation management skill to effectively track progress, KPI achievement, risk assessment and resolution discovery.
• Communication with stakeholders, developers and end users for QA objectives, progress, process steps or even workaround, to foster high quality usable solutions delivered.
• Understand the users, designers and developers in order to speak their language and shows the discrepancy of expected results with actual deliverable, fostering effective agile process execution.

• Academic background in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Solid hands-on experience in quality assurance on web applications.
• End-to-end mindset for project life cycle and system operations.
• Determination for success, skillful on problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Good integrator to foster collaboration, with team player mindset of 1+1>2.
• Effective communicator and skillful in documenting concepts and derive steps to accomplish the goal.
• Change management skills on delivering training in various formats for all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
