We're looking for candidates experienced in IT leadership and management who will be responsible to oversee the design and delivery of digital solution & innovation across the whole organization. The major function is leading the delivery team to delivery digital solutions with the leading web, API and cloud (AZURE) technologies, and in exploring and implementing emerging AI technologies. Knowledge with innovative technology, particularly Large Language Models (LLM) and other AI solution would be a plus.

The successful candidate should have strong digital solution delivery background allowing him / her to deliver in a high-profile role, critical to the various AXA HK Digital & Innovation projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee the entire solution delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and maintenance.
  • Provide support to the exploration and implementation of emerging AI technologies to drive innovation within the company.
  • Hands-on and execute PoCs to validate new AI technologic and solutions
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer and continuous learning within the team.
  • Establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders and IT representatives to ensure that solutions meet organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a technical management role, with a focus on AI and innovation. Insurance domain knowledge is preferrable.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with AI technologies, machine learning, and developing PoCs.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.
