Store Allocations to achieve targets for availability (out-of-stocks) and inventory (stock cover)
Forecast demand at the total chain level and plan allocations accordingly
Produce, interpret, and act upon reports
Communicate closely with the Commercial and Store Operations teams to plan replenishment and respond to feedback
Communicate closely with suppliers on upstream stock availability
Support ad-hoc duties as required
Do you have experience in demand and supply planning?
Degree holder or above in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or related disciplines
Knowledge of Logistics and Inventory Management
Fluent in Cantonese and good command of spoken and written English
Minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain or inventory planning. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Experience in Retail or FMCG is a definite advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently to analyze problems, identity root causes, and resolve problem
Self-motivated, eager to learn with a strong sense of responsibility
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Demand & Supply Planning Officer.
