Senior Corporate Development Officer (Donor Engagement)
Donor Engagement: Plan and develop donor retention programs, events, and campaigns while nurturing strong relationships with donors
Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, report, and review the performance of the street fundraising team to ensure alignment with objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Market Analysis: Analyze fundraising market trends and provide regular reports on findings
Legacy Giving Initiative: Support and implement legacy programs, engage stakeholders, manage legal processes, and prepare necessary documentation for legacy donations
Crowdfunding Initiative: Create and launch impactful crowdfunding campaigns that align with the Society’s mission and target audience
System Enhancement Support: Contribute to the improvement of the donation management system
Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports and management information system (MIS) updates
Ad Hoc Projects: Manage additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Social Welfare, Business Administration, Database Marketing or any other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in donor / customer services, administrative support
Detail-minded, good analytical skills and able to work independently
Outgoing and energetic, self-initiated and responsible personality
A strong team player, well-organized, independent and multi-tasking
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Applications
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Development Officer
