Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties, including AR reconciliation and billing.
• Generate usage reports and maintain system records. 
• Communicate with internal and external parties for administrative support. 
• Monitor overdue accounts and respond to customer inquiries. 
• Provide support to clients and brokers.

Requirement: 

• Diploma or above in finance or business administration. 
• 1-2 years of accounting administration experience preferred. 
• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Fresh graduates and interested in the medical insurance industry are welcome; more experienced candidates may be considered for Supervisor roles.
