Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate processing of payments and invoices within expected time periods
• Prepare full set of accounts (including the preparation of journal vouchers and reconciliation of accounting information)
• Assist in month-end closing process
• Perform ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or above with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (English and Chinese)
• Hands on experience in Epicor Financials is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
