Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor in IT project management
• Collect and analyze user requirement for both outsourced and in-housed IT projects
• Formulate and document business flows and process
• Proactively follow through every stage of project management lifecycle
• Create functional specifications for system enhancement and new development
• Develop test plan and conduct system UAT
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure team in projects and daily operations
• Extract data from database and generate analytical reports to assist management decision

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
• Experience in project management, system development lifecycle and direct interaction with end user
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, SQL, SharePoint, Excel and Google Form
• Good communication skill
• Customer-oriented, good presentation, communication, problem solving, analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
