Job Responsibilities

  • Organize & implement various Bank-wide security related projects for all Bank’s premises
  • Formulate, review related guidelines/ policies, prepare management reports, implement drill plan & provide relevant training
  • Manage relevant outsourcing projects for the Bank security guards, security systems and other related operation/ services areas
  • Maintain services quality and efficiency, negotiate with external vendors, conduct inspection, ensure the works are delivered with compliance to related statutory regulations
  • Manage branch CCTV & alarm monitoring system projects, involve planning and operation management of security facilities/equipment
  • Lead and manage "三防" task force, coordinate with various BCP units
  • Involve risk identification for “三防” planning, perform the monitoring & early warning analysis, organize and carry out precaution measures for Bank’s security.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above in business management, project management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably from banking/ finance sector
  • Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with good knowledge of implementation of security facilities/ systems
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle emergencies and tight deadlines
