THE JOB

Reporting to the Assistant Coach Education Manager, the Coach Education Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

• To assist in the delivery of the Coach Education Programmes, Coach Recognition Programmes and projects;
• To assist in supervising the Administrative Assistants;
• To perform administrative duties which include general office administration, collation of reports and maintaining databases; and
• To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by the supervisor.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• A university degree or post-secondary diploma preferably in sports/ physical education/ multimedia, or a relevant discipline;
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge and experiences in E-learning are an added advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel and Chinese word processing; and
• Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
