We are now looking for a Logistics Specialist (Freight Procurement) to join our Hong Kong Team.

We are now looking for a Logistics Specialist (Freight Procurement) to join our Hong Kong Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the logistics cost modelling, forecasting and budgeting on a regional basis, and landed cost and margin management
- Performance measurement with vendors and LSP to ensure service level agreement (SLA) and commitment are met
- Contract negotiation and benchmarking with PO Management, ocean, air and courier service provider
- Analyze the market trend and set up different allocation and operation strategy
- Develop the routing guide and end to end Supply Chain strategy
- Provide support in assisting with RFI and RFQ, financial and performance clauses, metrics, terms and rebates / penalties to ensure the best bid among various vendors
- Forecast and coordinate demand trend and supply planning through in-house system
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree on Logistics, Supply Chain management, marketing or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of experience in freight procurement area
- Previous experience in logistics industry is required
- Good understanding of import and export costs and related market insights
- Good excel skills, including developing and amending complex spreadsheets, reports and presentations utilizing various databases, VBA etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good analytical thinking in identifying trends and transform into insights
- Detail minded, able to collaborate with different stakeholders in developing and implementing regional initiatives
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) and English
