A sizeable toys trading co. is looking for Engineering Manager/Assistant Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with vendors and customers on the product design to hit the target cost.
• Carry out product development, engineering, and debug to meet product specifications and aesthetic requirements.
• Cost negotiation.
• Provide technical support and debug.
• Provide support to internal groups on any development or production issues.
• Monitor the schedule and provide on-site support from development start to OBS.
• Provide manufacturing support as needed after Production start.
• Support for production facilities including overseas.
• Need to travel to overseas locations like Vietnam and Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years experiences in the (Hard / Soft Toys) industry; less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Has knowledge in the (Hard / Soft Toys) industry standards for different countries.
• Able to work from concept drawing through development until production.
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Work in our Dongguan office 3-4 days per week.
• Shor notice/Immediate available is highly preferred
