Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute and evaluate a comprehensive marketing campaign to increase brand awareness and drive sales of the residential project
• Supervise advertising agencies and production house for the implementation of promotional activities such as advertisement, media placement, PR event, press conference, media interview etc.
• Responsible for the production of all marketing collaterals and make sure to comply with legal requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis on the trends and competitor activities and prepare marketing budget
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in leading Property Developers
• Hands-on experience and profound knowledge in the property market
• Knowledge of Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, innovative and task-oriented
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office
