Description:

• Implement and manage security solutions, policies, and configurations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of security projects.
• Provide post-sales support and maintenance for security solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve security incidents to ensure optimal system performance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to establish trust with clients.
• Manage project schedules and resources, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and third parties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent IT qualifications.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in security solutions such as Firewalls, VPNs, EDR, APT, etc.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet security technologies is an advantage. (NOT a must)
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including OSPF, BGP, IPSEC VPN, and QoS. (NOT a must)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Service Engineer role.
