QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year hotel reservations experience
• Knowledge in OPERA system would be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered be Senior Reservations Officer
