ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER (SHOPPING MALL)

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize and implement sales-driven programs, festive, publicity programs and events for shopping malls
- Monitor marketing campaign timeline & budget, as well as monitor and evaluate the campaign effectiveness
- Liaise with tenants to provide promotion support
- Manage & maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, roll out comprehensive social media campaigns and develop content on social media
- Partner and work closely with agencies / vendors to ensure quality delivery of campaigns
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for bringing commercial values to our shopping malls
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in malls promotions and marketing, preferably gained from major property developers or related agencies
- Creative, mature, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic & fast-paced working environment
- Tactful and good interpersonal skills dealing with tenants, business partners & stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attentive to details
- Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese with the ability to create compelling marketing content
