A sizeable Japanese co. is looking for Japanese speaking Sales Coordinator to join their team. 

Job duties

  • Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates, coordinating sales and 
  • marketing activities
  • Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business proposals/presentations
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Occasional business trip

Requirements

  • Diploma /Bachelor's degree holder 
  • 3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support 
  • Fluent in written and spoken Japanese(Passed JLPT N2/N1) , English, and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
  • Short notice/Immediate available is highly preferred
