DESIGN MANAGER (FOUNDATION WORKS)

- Degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or construction technology related disciplines
- MHKIE / MIStructE / MICE or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years’ experience and knowledge of Hong Kong building industry including superstructure site formation and foundation
- Minimum 10 years’ design experience in site formation, ELS and foundation
- Responsible for managing the design team of preparing design reports for BD / AP / RSE submission and advising / reviewing the foundation scheme for tenders
- Conversant with Hong Kong structural design codes, Buildings Ordinance and relevant Building Regulations
- Familiar with computer design program such as Safe, Frew, Plaxis & Seep etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project & PowerPoint)
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
