Our client is a well-known Interior fit-out contractor in Hong Kong. They are mainly focus on retail and commercial projects in Hong Kong and Greater China Region. They are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Ability to handle full design presentation, sound knowledge of material & color scheme
• Ability to manage the design process and interact with the Clients/ Consultants on a variety of projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with the contractors and project team for the design of the project
• Handle project independently and oversee accurate and timely project schedule, documentation and deliverables
• Lead the design team and manage multiple projects in entirety

Requirements

• Diploma or above holder in Architecture / Building Engineering / Interior Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in interior design industry, preferably in retail project
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Illustrator
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Strong problem solving skill & Good communication skill
• Short notice / Immediate Available is highly preferred
