Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer hotline services
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Responsible for individual and corporate client’s account opening
• Conduct comprehensive KYC/CDD/AML procedures and experience in handle periodic review and trigger event cases
• Perform customer data maintenance with high accuracy  
• Handle client fund and stock In/Out
• Participate in system development and UAT
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in business management, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Dealing or Customer Services 
• Holder of SFC Type 1 and/or 2 Licenses
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates with SFC Type 1 and/or 2 Licenses will be considered

Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Customer Services Officer
