ASSISTANT MANAGER - CONSUMER INSIGHTS & DATA ANALYTICS
Bachelor degree in Social Science, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in market research or data analytics
Experience in analyzing CRM data or SQL programming language is an advantage
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Social Science, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics or related discipline
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in market research or data analytics with minimum 3 years of executing quantitative research projects
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense, able to work independently with attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in analyzing CRM data or SQL programming language would be an advantage
Candidate from research background with an aim to look for in-house data analytical role would be also considered
Responsibilities:
Consumer Research
Use both qualitative and quantitative research methodology to uncover consumer needs, understand market trend and landscape, improve overall consumer experience
Execute research projects from planning, gather stakeholders’ needs, define business objective of research, design research, plan sample to implement survey on survey platform
Analyze results from survey and triangulate with different data sources to synthesize consumer insights
Translate insights into action items and follow through with different cross functional teams
Manage research agency on the planning and execution of focus group
CRM Data Analytics
Assist in managing the overall data analytics framework for the loyalty program with an aim to drive consumer loyalty and increase customer sales
Work with cross function teams on analysis such as campaign performance, consumer analysis, segmentation and develop analytics reports with actionable insights and recommendations
