YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate telephone communication services to both internal and external callers;
- Provide standardized guest services as a team, and maximize other revenues via telephone calls;
- Achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction by processing all calls, information and related services with courtesy & efficiency; &
- Perform the actual manual and technical operation of the PABX switchboard and to provide a system of locating the guests who have the telephone calls.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Hospitality Management or related discipline;
- 1 year working experience in hotel is preferred;
- Basic Knowledge in operator operation, administrative support and customer services;
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills; &
- Detail mind with customer oriented personality.
*Fresh graduate will also be considered.
