What will you do:

Facilities

• Maintain the guest spa facilities, refreshing showers, replenishing male lockers, keeping the wet facilities clean and tidy
• Assist guests with male lockers, introduce the facilities and escort to treatment rooms
• Collect deliveries, linen and dropping off linen trolleys
• Monitor stocks inventory and counting
• Work closely with our therapists and concierge team to provide guests with the best experience

Treatment Room

• Set up treatment rooms based on bookings as well as the turn around of the treatment rooms after the treatment
• Maintain the treatment room in excellent conditions
• Replenish the relaxation lounges
• Pick up and drop off laundry
• Monitor stocks inventory and counting
• Work closely with our therapists and concierge team in monitoring the room movement

What you bring:

• One year experience in Hospitality/Customer Service/Health and Beauty industry will be an advantage
• Good spoken English, fluent Cantonese or Mandarin is desirable but not essential
• Flexible to work on shift (From 5:30am to 11:00pm)
