What you will do:

• Support PC, TCP/IP networking, Internet and mobile applications
• Anticipate and tackle potential problems and deal with people proactively
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

What you bring:

• Holder of higher diploma/degree in Information Technology or other technical discipline
• Certification in Microsoft Windows Server and Cisco networking administration is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in modern technology, audio & visual, telecommunications
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong commitment to service, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility
• Customer service / guests handling experience is an advantage
• Willing to work on shift duty and provide 7x24 standby support
• Work experience in hotel / IT industry is a plus but not essential
