Job Duties:
- Assist in financial & management reporting
- Budgeting and financial analysis
- System/workflow enhancement
- Audit and tax related matters
- Perform ad hoc reports upon request.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related discipline;
- Min. 5 years experience, preferably in Property Management;
- Able to work independently and meet tight timelines;
- Knowledge in Accounting systems;
- Computer-literated and proficient in Excel and Word.
