Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in Marketing / Business Administration / Event Management
• Some marketing or administration experience preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in using Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML would be an advantage
• Willing to work overtime, irregular hours and during weekends / public holidays
• Proven English proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to mall promotions team
• Prepare and organize marketing materials
• Manage warehouse, inventory and procurement logistics
• Liaise with vendors and contractors
• Work closely with agencies and tenants in promoting the shopping mall

(Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Promotions Officer.)
