- We are looking for ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report directly to the Senior Service Manager.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, consisting of 10 service engineers/technicians.
- Support the Senior Service Manager to oversee the daily operation of the Service Team
- Oversee and coordinate the team's troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment and products.
- Supervise the installation, servicing, and testing of the company's range of medical devices in hospitals, healthcare centers, and elderly facilities across Hong Kong.
- Ensure all systems are installed to working capacity and meet operational and safety standards in line with company policies.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex service issues, ensuring technical solutions are delivered professionally and within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure maintaining accurate records of spare parts in Company system.
- Optimize the use of tools, spare parts, and time to ensure efficiency.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to service engineers/technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering/Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of technical, service, or engineering experience with medical equipment, healthcare machinery, or similar products.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical devices, including their installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Prior field experience in the medical, healthcare, or service-related sector is advantageous.
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
