• We are seeking TECHNICAL MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Proven work experience for high-end Swiss luxury watch brands.
• Extensive experience in meeting the quality and appearance standard of luxury Swiss watch brands
• An advantage if possess knowledge of PVD plating processes and technologies.
• Candidates with experience in quality assurance, production management, engineering or related for Swiss luxury watch brands are welcome
• The primary focus of the Technical Manager should be on maintaining and enhancing the appearance of Swiss luxury watch brands.
• Lead a small Technical team to ensure that the aesthetic standards of Swiss watch products consistently meet and complied.
• Lead the Technical team to perform quality control functions for high-end Swiss watch brands. Ensure that all PVD plated products meet the highest quality standards and specifications required by high-end Swiss watch brands.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce defects in the PVD plating process.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Analyze quality control data to identify trends, detect defects, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee and manage the Technical team of 4-5 members, providing training and guidance
• Work closely with other departments, such as production, engineering, and supply chain management, to ensure quality standards are integrated
• Investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Work based in Dongguan
• 5 days work
