- We are seeking a highly motivated SENIOR SALES MANAGER / SALES DIRECTOR with details as follows :
JOB SUMMARY :
- We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead sales and strategy for our personal care products (e.g., liquid soap, shower gel, skincare, and body care products).
- This role encompasses a dual responsibility: driving strategic planning and implementation while managing and coaching a team of 10 sales professionals. The focus is on the U.S. market, targeting hotels and consumer brands that integrate gift/premium sets as value-added items
THE JOB :
- Collaborate with top management to formulate and develop comprehensive sales strategies.
- Develop, implement & drive actionable plans to meet revenue goals and align with corporate objectives.
- Develops business plans by exploring and systematically evaluating opportunities with the greatest potential for producing positive results; ensures successful preparation and execution of business plans through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
- Ensures successful execution across of business plans designed to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
- Bridge strategy development with operational execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team of 10 professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Sets high standards of performance for self and/or others; assumes responsibility for work objectives; initiates, focuses, and monitors the efforts of self and/or others toward the accomplishment goals; proactively takes action and goes beyond what is required.
- Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, and drive accountability within the team.
- Build partnerships with hotels and consumer brands
- Identify and seize new market opportunities to grow market share in the U.S and global market
- Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key clients, aligning solutions with their unique business needs.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and foster long-term collaborations.
- Degree holder
- 10+ years of sales and strategic leadership experience, preferably in the personal care, hotel amenities or related industries.
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development & implementation
- Proven track record in expanding sales with the hospitality sector or consumer brands
- Strong command of Mandarin and English; native-level English fluency is highly desirable.
- High business acumen and capability to bridge strategies to execution.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strong coaching and mentoring experience with proven team-building skills.
- Able to engage and influence senior leaders on a board range of strategic issues
- Confident, articulate, and able to represent the company’s values in every interaction.
- Business trips is required
- 5 days work
- 13 month salary + bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
