• We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING IT MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Director of HK office
• Lead IT team of 4 members in HK office
• Formulate & implement IT policies and procedures for HK office 100 headcount
• Coordinate with Japan headquarters for corporate projects
• Oversee the information security and IT operation
• Handle software implementation and maintenance projects, particularly on digital transformation implementation
• Monitor infrastructure, network and system performance
• Manage IT related budget and resources allocation
• Coordinate with IT vendors and other IT professional
• Oversee and ensure IT operation are compliant with audit (J-SOX, ISO9001, etc.)
• Good communications in Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Japanese
• Japanese-Language Proficiency (JLPT) N1
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information technology or related disciplines
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• Information security certification (CISSP, etc.) is preferred
• Hands-on to setup, maintain offices enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identify and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and cloud services (AWS);
• Experience in ERP, PLM, SAP and customized applications will be a plus;
• 5 days work
