• We are looking for TOOLING MANAGER / MOULDING MANAGER – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Lead Moulding Team in Dongguan factory
• Supervise the design, testing, and refinement of moulding tools for various production lines
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure tooling meets product specifications
• Select appropriate materials and machining methods for the tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to injection moulding machines, tools, and processes
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste in the production process.
• Ensure regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of existing moulding tools
• Coordinate with the company's sales and technical departments to provide product development and sales strategies that meet market demands
• The role includes people management, production planning and budgetary/cost reporting.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers or contractors for tooling, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate the timely delivery of tools and molds for production
• Tertiary education in Engineering
• 8+ years in tool making, tool design, or a related manufacturing role
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 5 days work : Mon to Fri 8:00am-5:30pm
