Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration: Assist in handle payroll processes, including payroll calculation, MPF and taxation matters;
Recruitment Support: Take part in the recruitment process by posting job ads., scheduling interviews and other recruitment related activities;
Leave & Attendance Management: Maintain and update employee database, attendance & leave records, ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date;
Employee Relations: Address staff inquiries and participate in organizing company functions and recreation activities;
Training Coordination: Assist to organize & coordinate training sessions, and HR-related projects as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
Min. 1 -2 years working experience in HR field, preferably with experience in FMCG / F&B industry;
Proficiency of MS applications and Chinese word processing;
Attention to details, Self-motivated and Good communication skills;
Short notice or Immediate available is an advantage
Fresh Graduates and Candidates with less experience will also be considered
