Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
8 years' relevant working experience in which 3 years at supervisory level
Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred
To monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.
To monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
To liaise with Government departments and other departments of the company
To attend Incorporated Owners’ meetings and maintain good relationship with the members
Good management and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
