Responsibilities:

 

• Perform outbound call to follow up with applicants on mobile application submitted
• Handle general hotline and greeting of customer.
• Follow up on customer enquiries from various channels
• Provide administration support, when necessary, e.g. personal loans processing, data input, application and document submission

 

Requirements:

 

• Post-secondary or above
• 2 years or above relevant experience, with at least 1-year customer service or call centre experience in banking or financial institution
• Pleasant telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
• Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
• English & Chinese typing
• PC knowledge in Microsoft Word preferable
• Communication in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
