• University Graduates in Data Management/ Risk Management/ Information Management or related subject
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing risk and controls in financial services industry with focuses on Data Governance, Data Privacy, Information Life Cycle Management or Generative Artificial Intelligence preferred
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, including Big Data & Artificial Intelligence governance, data privacy principles, Information Lifecycle Management, as well as Operational Risk Management Framework
• Strong communication skills and abilities to interact with stakeholders at various levels
• Strong written skills with ability to articulate the data control implementation status
• Attention to details with a strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timelines with quality results
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective delivery in a changing work environment
