Responsibilities:

• Assist the Division Head in formulating and implementing property project management strategies
• Oversee the renovation works of the Bank’s premises, monitor the progress and quality of works, and provide advice and recommendations on construction programs, standards, guidelines and policies, etc.
• Perform budget estimations, cost analysis, tender related analysis and documents, etc.
• Arrange project handover, ensure defects are rectified and projects are completed in a cost-effective manner
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Engineering, Surveying or related disciplines
• Chartered Building Surveyor of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor/Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property project management or property/facility management, with exposure in managing office and branch/retail outlet renovation projects
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance and related ordinances and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Software and AutoCAD System
