Responsibilities:

• Manage the logistics operations of Tuen Mun Godown, including organizing, storing, tracking and retrieving financial documents
• Collect and deliver documents/reports from Company Registry, Transport Department and Lands Department
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely handling to meet operational requirements
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation
• Perform administrative support and outdoor assignments when needed

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 1 year of general administrative experience is preferred
• Willing to work outdoor
• Well-organized with attention to details
• Able to work independently, responsible and self-initiative
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
