Responsibilities:

• Provide professional legal advice and support on the operation and business of the bank 
• Draft and review various legal documents and agreements
• Participate in projects and meetings to give legal support
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on legal matters
• Review policies, guidelines and manuals of the bank 
• Monitor the change of legislation and assess the impact on the operation and business of the bank
• Conduct legal research 
• Supervise the work of subordinates

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong with 2-5 years of PQE
• Experience as in-house counsel in banking industry would be an advantage
• Good knowledge in banking laws and regulations 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and detailed-mind with excellent problem solving, analytical and writing skills
