Responsibilities:

• Handle all loan transactions and coordinate with internal working partners to ensure smooth and timely processing
• Assist in conducting credit review, monitoring credit quality and reporting signs of deterioration
• Perform customer due diligence
• Prepare reports e.g. overdue, rescheduled and classified accounts for the management's review
• Provide administrative support to the department

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, with sound accounting knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of administrative/operations support experience, preferably in financial institutions
• Self-motivated and attentive to details
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing

(Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager, Syndication Loan)
