Lead audit assignments in credit function eg credit review, control, approval

Prepare audit reports with audit findings, identify and assess key risk areas
Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, manage and perform audit assignments specialized in credit function, e.g. credit review, monitoring, control and approval, etc. with objectives to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance on various banking products, systems, and operations, etc. are properly in place.
Prepare audit report and independent assessment, including findings, analysis and recommendations.
Follow up on and monitor the execution of audit recommendations to improve internal controls, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Ensure the audit assignments are completed on schedule and in excellent quality.
Perform ad hoc tasks or reviews as needed.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance or related disciplines
Holders of relevant professional qualifications in accountancy, internal audit and credit/ risk related, e.g. CPA, CIA, CAMS, FRM, AAMLP will be advantageous
At least 8 years of internal and/or external audit experience in banking or financial services industry
Independent with strong analytical mind and risk controls sense
Strong interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
(Potential candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Vice President)
