2-3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in estate management companies or related industry
To handle full sets of building management fund accounts
To generate debit notes / reminders / receipts from billing system
To upload and update management fee and license fee settlement in billing system
To check carpark daily reports, prepare GL receipts and compile monthly reports
To prepare vouchers and cheques
To prepare income & expenditure reports, audited accounts and property tax schedules
To conduct site audit
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Oracle system an added advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
