- Conduct material entry inspection, verification, and storage procedures, establish material management accounts;
- Perform material classification, labeling, cleaning and safety precautions;
- Implement the distribution system for materials and various goods strictly;
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory checks as required to ensure the accounts match the physical inventory;
- Prepare relevant documents timely;
- Report on the completion of work tasks regularly.
Job requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Logistic Engineering / Supply Chain Management /related disciplines or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in inventory management;
- Strong in planning and data management;
- Good communication skill, analytical mind, good trouble-shooting skills;
- Good command in both spoken English and Chinese.
