Responsibilities:

• Provide quality counter service
• Handle account opening and provide service support
• Meet financial services needs of customers by identifying opportunities and cross-selling banking products and services

Requirements:
Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin an advantage
