Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with established internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Maintain the prescribed security controls and handle accounting and sundry matters of the branch
Lead, coach and motivate the operations team to deliver quality customer service and cross-sell bank products and services
Cultivate long-term relationship with customers and refer potential business opportunities to branch sales
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 10 years of branch operations experience on counter transaction, cash management, account opening, and AML reporting in the banking industry preferably with supervisory experience
Passes in HKSI & IIQE licensing examinations preferred, but not a must
Sound knowledge of branch operations and able to lead a team to ensure excellent service delivery
Strong technical knowledge of the Bank's products and services
Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
Excellent people and communication skills
Detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing
