Responsibilities:

• Perform general duties of data input, document scanning and filing in an efficient manner
• Handle enquiries from internal departments / branches and external parties
• Provide other support to the department when required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or HKDSE or equivalent, with passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics
• Minimum 1 year of clerical/ banking related experience preferred, fresh graduates at Diploma, Associate Degree or above are welcome
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge (including using Microsoft Word and Excel); good English typing skills and Chinese word processing definitely an advantage
• Work location: Kowloon Commerce Centre (5-minute walking distance from MTR Kwai Hing Station)
