We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Relationship Manager.
Principal responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of private banking customers
Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers and execute their orders
Perform investment portfolios analysis, monitor the performance and make necessary recommendation on portfolio re-allocation
Manage the credit quality and monitor the exposure of customers’ loan portfolios
Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals
Requirements
University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA
Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations
Minimum 6 years’ banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products
Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
Strong desire of self-improvement and learn from experiences
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
Proficiency in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
Candidate with less experienced will be considered as Relationship Manager
