Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as an Investor Relations Manager.

Investor Relations Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategy. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential investors, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring fund's performance and strategies are effectively communicated. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the China investment landscape, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in investment management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations plan to enhance communication and transparency with investors.
• Organize and conduct regular investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls to update investors on fund performance, market trends, and investment strategies.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports, as well as other ad-hoc investor materials.
• Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other external communications to keep investors informed about fund activities and achievements.
• Manage the fund's website and social media channels to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to investors.
• Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally, providing clear and detailed explanations of fund performance and strategies.
• Assist in the development of fundraising strategies and materials to attract new investors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential investors through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in investment management, preferably within a Mainland China-focused fund (REQUIRED).
• Strong understanding of the Mainland China investment landscape, including market trends, regulatory environment, and investment strategies REQUIRED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and investor feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Advanced financial qualifications such as a CFA preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin REQUIRED.
