Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for overall progress planning, design, work progress, quality & site safety, and cost control of E&M projects;
• Prepare tender and technical submission;
• Project Management.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services or related disciplines;
• A Possess the corporate membership of Hong Kong  Institution  of  Engineers  or equivalent   qualification   in   electrical   or   mechanical discipline and have at least six (6) years post-qualification experience   in   managing   electrical   and   mechanical engineering  projects  of  stormwater  /  sewage  pumping station(s)   or   related works;
• Attained the mandatory safety training qualification for site management staff (nominal course duration 27 hours) provided by the CIC or Occupational Safety & Health Council or equivalent training;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Conversant in BIM application will be advantage;
• Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management;
• Good command of English and Chinese.
