Responsibilities: 

• Manage multiple stores to provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Work directly in a retail store, interacting with customers and managing store operations daily
• Monitor and ensure stores operations smooth and efficient, E.g. Manpower plan, inventory plan and Visual Merchandising 
• Formulate and implement business strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Maintain excellent customer relationship through understanding the customers’ needs and handling customer’s complaints and queries
• Plan, develop and execute CRM strategy for our VIPs to grow database and commercial goals;
• Lead and motivate the store team; and create the optimal environment to ensure team and individual development
• Provide positive leadership through effective communications, motivational techniques, coaching, and training to meet business needs
• Train and coach the team by providing appropriate feedback in order to increase sales performance
• Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Fashion / Retail / Sportswear / Fast Fashion background is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in which 3 years at supervisory level
• Multiple store management experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal,  communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience of multi brand / multi store manager will be an advantage 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Multi Store Manager
