Responsibilities:

• Conduct Thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management, including budget forecasts and financial statements
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
• Familiar with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office
• Collaboration and communication with HQ
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience is preferred
• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g. Excel and financial software)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
